During the period 2005-2008, the hardworking father and son of Bratanovi Winery\u00a0planted 24 ha of vineyards on the hills of South Sakar Mountain near the Harmanli region. In 2010, they created their own winemaking facilities with the production capacity of 100 tons of grapes. The first red wines produced from this vintage were from Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. In 2011, they created an interesting blend from Chardonnay and Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains. The symbiotic relationship not only between the soil and the vines, but among the various grape varieties, and the relations between a father and his sons inspired the name of the fi rst double blended selection \u2013 Simbioza. In the winter of 2012, they intend to off er a red wine blended from Cabernet Franc and Syrah. The wines are aged in new French oak barrels. The Bratanovi\u2019s wines reflect their Sakar Mountain origin \u2013 southern, warm, with ripe fruitiness.
