There are two independent projects going on simultaneously, led by two of the best and most ambitious Bulgarian winemakers. Ognyan Tsvetanov, who is behind the Valley Vintners producers and Adriana Srebrinova, who is responsible for Canyon Park. Their concepts are directed towards making distinguished wine with characteristics highlighting the regional terroir in their limited output of 2000 or 5000 bottles. Certain selections in Borovitza wine cellar are limited to 250-400 bottles. The major varieties grown are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Gamza, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The winery also owns about 7 ha of vineyards by the Belogradchik Rocks, planted with grape varieties like Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier,\u00a0Gamet and Pinot Noir upon sandstone soil.
