The symbiotic relationship between his hobby and occupation made the creation of the winery more feasible. In 2012, the winery produced their very fi rst vintage with grapes from their own vineyards. The lands in Gorkata area, near the town of Perushtitsa, where the winery\u2019s vineyards are located, consist of suitable soils for cultivating white grape varieties like Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, Colombard, Chardonnay, Traminer, Aligote and Semillon. These are also the winery\u2019s primary white grape varieties. In the western area of the vineyards, the following grape varieties are planted on clay soils: Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Vasil Stoyanov is the winery\u2019s winemaker.
