Making wine has been done for 6,000 years, but it has been only in the last century that the world has enjoyed modern winemaking techniques. In Bulgaria we have been working for the past 20 years to improve winemaking. Artisanal producers have focused on the synergy of terroir and modern technology in order to make unique products which stand out on the world wine scene.
